🔑 Acquiring a License Key

Follow these precise steps to sync your purchases and request a license key from the development team.

Join the Official Support Server

First, ensure you are a member of our Discord community:

Sync Your Account

  1. Navigate to the #🛠️︱bot-commands channel in our Discord server.
  2. Execute the slash command to synchronize your purchase role: 
    /sync

Open a License Ticket

  1. Go to the #🎫︱ticket-support channel.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu under Select a ticket type and select Get License Key.

Wait for Key Issuance

Once your ticket is created, wait for a project manager or staff member to claim the ticket. They will verify your purchase status and issue your unique license key directly in the ticket.

You can view, manage, and transfer all of your issued license keys through our secure online portal.

Visit license.razorbot.online to view your active license keys, check expiration dates, and manage associated servers.
